All Sales Are Final

All payments made for ReplyWolf are final and non-refundable. This applies to lifetime license purchases, subscription payments, and any other charges associated with the use of our software or services. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Free Trial Cancellation

If you sign up for a free trial, you may cancel your trial from your account dashboard. However, trial cancellation is only available after 2 days from the date you started the trial.

You are solely responsible for cancelling your trial before it converts to a paid subscription. If you do not cancel in time, the trial will automatically convert to a paid plan and the first payment will be charged via UPI autopay. Once this payment is processed, it is non-refundable.

Lifetime License Purchases

All lifetime license purchases are final and non-refundable from the moment of payment. We encourage you to review all product information, features, and the free trial option before making a lifetime purchase.

Auto-Renewal Charges

If you are on a subscription plan, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. All auto-renewal charges are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your license will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

License Termination

If your license is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (including spamming, illegal use, or any other prohibited activity), you are not entitled to any refund.
