ReplyWolf is a product of Known Click Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in India. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Account data: When you create an account or purchase a license, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), and payment information (processed by Razorpay — we do not store card details).

License validation: The desktop app sends periodic license validation requests containing your license key and a hashed device identifier. This is used solely to verify your license status.

Website analytics: We may collect standard analytics data (page views, browser type, referral source) to improve our website.

3. What Data We Do NOT Collect

ReplyWolf is a desktop application. We do not collect, access, store, or transmit:

• Your WhatsApp messages or conversations
• Your contact lists
• Campaign content
• Flow/automation configurations
• AI prompts or responses
• Your third-party API keys

All of this data is stored locally on your computer and never transmitted to our servers.

4. How We Use Your Data

• To create and manage your account
• To process payments and issue licenses
• To validate your license and manage device activations
• To send transactional emails (order confirmation, license key, OTP)
• To provide customer support
• To improve our products and services

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Razorpay — for payment processing (governed by Razorpay's privacy policy)
• Email provider — for transactional emails

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), and secure JWT-based authentication. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
